Archery Hit is the latest free-to-play game from the folks over at Vapps Mobile. Turn your iPhone or iPad into a bow as you strap on those bracers and let the arrows fly. With limited shots, test your skills as you attempt to shoot a series of apples off the head and arms of an unimaginably brave individual. Be careful though! Whether you’re competing online or practicing alone, a stray shot could end your contest in a rather deathly manner.
Archery Hit isn’t a game about just nailing one or two targets. When you draw your bow, you’ll need to keep an icy focus as you attempt to skewer up to five apples teetering atop the head and arms of an unwary volunteer in this William Tell-style game of accuracy. Fire down range with increasing distances of up to 60 meters away, but aim carefully as you’ll only get a handful of arrows to hit your targets with. Succeed and you’ll become an archery legend in the making. Just make sure to let your friends know with a little boasting on both Facebook and Twitter.
What’s a game without a little danger? Since your apple-holding volunteer is a person, hitting him is ill-advised. Of course, if you do happen to miss, this brave soul will react to where he is struck and if you’re not careful he could even die! It’s safe to say, the game will be over at this point but hey, we said you’d be an archery legend. We didn’t say that legend would be a benevolent one.
